My mission is to partner with leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness and build cultures that are clear, aligned, and lived.
I do this through leadership coaching and culture work that helps values show up in everyday decisions, behaviors, and ways of working.
I’ve spent my career observing what helps people and organizations thrive—and what quietly erodes trust, engagement, and meaning at work. I’ve seen the difference between cultures where people feel empowered, respected, and proud of their work—and those where leadership decisions slowly disconnect people from purpose and from one another.
I’ve seen how clarity, values, and thoughtful leadership can strengthen an organization, and how the absence of them can dismantle even the most talented teams.
Those experiences shaped how I work today.
I’m deeply curious about what helps people stay engaged, do meaningful work, and lead with intention. Whether I’m coaching leaders, working with organizations on culture and values, or supporting individuals navigating career change, the throughline is the same: helping people pause, gain clarity, and make choices that align with who they are and how they want to work.

My pronouns are she/her/hers. I’m a single mom of two amazing adult children, Kyle and Sarah. I have an amazing daughter-in-law, Kendall, and a bonus kid, Devon. If we work together, you’ll likely hear me speak about my kids from time to time—they’re a big part of who I am.
I share my home office with my rescue mutt, Frankie. If we work together on Zoom, you’ll almost certainly meet her—usually asleep in the background, occasionally making a surprise appearance.
I live near Seattle, close to family, which brings me a lot of joy. Location-wise, it doesn’t matter where you’re based—my work is done through zoom and phone conversations, reflection, and thoughtful partnership, wherever you happen to be.
